I’m a food scientist and a registered dietitian that has been involved in the food space in varying capacities for the last decade. I started Smart Plate Nutrition to equip the average person with the support, tools, and knowledge necessary to reach their health goals. Whether that be as simple as dropping a few pounds or dealing with a serious disease like diabetes, I’m here to take the journey with you.

How are the counseling sessions conducted?
Our coaching sessions are conducted online via a secure video conferencing platform, ensuring convenience and accessibility for clients everywhere. In home visits are available for those local to St. Joe, MO.
What commitment is required?
None, though our experience says 3-4 sessions provide the best education and most lasting results.
What results can I expect?
Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to improve your health outcomes. We want to educate you so you can make the necessary changes in your everyday life that will lead you to results you want to achieve.
How much does the session cost?
It’s free for most people with health insurance but the max out of pocket cost for a session is $50.
